"My friend and I had tickets to ‘Copenhagen’ so we wanted to have dinner at Julia’s beforehand. The dining room is elegant as is the rest of the old building. The place has a soul. Even though the restaurant was quite busy the noice level did not become irritating. We shared a salad and I had a plant based vegan dish with cauliflower and a nice sauce. We finished with a pear tart for dessert. It was delicious. This was not another dinner out but a dining experience. How nice it was to finish dinner and walk downstairs to see the play. I highly recommend Julia’ Restaurant. It is housed in a beautiful Julia Morgan building."
