"We had a very poor experience last weekend for dinner. After waiting over an hour for a table (we understand it's busy on weekends) we were seated and met our extremely nice and sweet waitress. She was doing her best, but was clearly spread a little thin. After receiving an unsweetened tea instead of the sweet tea I ordered, I had to wait another 10 minutes for a new tea. After receiving our prime rib, steak/ribs, and salmon we were asked if there was anything else they could get for us. We requested sauce for the prime rib and a couple refills. After finishing everything else on my plate I had still not received sauce for the prime rib and we still had no refills. At this point our waitress took the time to talk to her manager about us because she felt bad for how our service had been and requested the manager come talk to us before we finish our dinner and get the bill. We never saw that manager again. Instead of talking to us and resolving the problem she avoided the issue, hoping we would just pay our bill and leave. When it came time to pay the bill and I requested to speak to a manager, our waitress was rather confused as she had already sent one to our table but clearly she never showed. The bottom line is, our waitress messed up, she tried to correct the problem but whoever you had in management that night just tried to avoid it. Ending up making the waitress take care of it herself. I am beyond disappointed as this used to be one of my favorite places to eat out. If I were to be seated with that waitress, I would 100% give her another shot. If I walked in and saw that manager, I'd be walking out the door."

"I am not a bad critic writing or complaining, especially about texas roadhouse, where we go and love weekly. our dinning experience started great, as our waitress came quite fast on our table and was pleasant while we took our drink order. When she came back, we got more rolling and ordered our food, but that was the last time she came to our table for 30 minutes. that was strange as she went to several other tables during this time. also we all ordered suppen before our main retreat and we did not get them until 30 minutes after our order. which is normally instant, regardless of how busy it is and how long our escape takes. the waiter at the section next to us was very attentive to his tables and was on top. we visited his tables 5 times for each 1 time when we were visited. when we got our food, 3 of the 4 meals were wrong or missing. I have the veggie plate, I have the suppe to begin what was great. then sweet potato, apple and green bean. When I started eating my meal, I noticed that it was tiny white pieces of something soft scattered all through my food. When I drew attention to our waitress, she told me it was butter and seemed to be bothered. Why should butter be in my apfelsauce? I had butter on my sweet potato and that's completely melted where it wasn't. I didn't finish my meal and felt too uncomfortable to ask something else because it was quite rude. I know that's not a normal thing for this facility, so I'm just disappointed."

"When we arrived we were initially told the wait time would be “about a hour and 25 minutes.” I expected to have a wait as we arrived at 7 pm on a weekend. We were lucky enough to find open seating at the bar, so we decided just to place our order there. After 45 minutes had passed, our entrees arrived BEFORE our salads and this hiccup in service was mentioned to the gentleman who brought us our entrees. He promptly walked away. We sat there for at least another 10 minutes when the same gentleman walked past and asked “they still didn’t bring your salads?” He was reminded again, that no, 50 minutes after arriving we still have not received our salads. It was sometime after this, the manager came over to us and the situation was explained to him. I also made him aware that my steak dinner, that was sitting in front of me u touched, was brought out to me ICE COLD. The manger was nice enough stating that the kitchen was “really far behind on the salads tonight” and then just looked at us. This is now at LEAST the third time I am having to ask for our salads to be brought to us and for my meal to be served at least warm. My steak is finally whisked away, never to be seen again, by my salad finally arrived. Sadly though, the other salad never did….The amount of disservice that was done to your customers all around last night was endless. There was little to no communication with us throughout our 60 minutes of misery and barely any attempts at service recovery. All we wanted last night was to have a decent steak, cold beers, and a good night out of the house last night and unfortunately your establishment provided none of those.I hope your that your bar backs, wait staff/food runners, and managers take this experience and use it as a learning experience and example of how NOT to manage customers."
