"This is the best Ethiopian food I've had in the US. For reference I have eaten Ethiopian food in Chicago, Detroit, Atlanta, St. Louis, Sioux Falls, DC (another restaurant), LA, and Seattle. This is the closest I've had to the Ethiopian food I ate in Ethiopia. It makes me feel like someone dropped me off in Debark or Axum. Really makes me remember my time in Ethiopia fondly. No wonder this place is called habesha. Prices are more reasonable and you can customize your beyaynetu easily which is rare at most Ethiopian places. Can't recommend enough!Vegetarian options: Ethiopian is fantastic for veggie and vegan options and authentic injera is gluten free. In the US some places use gluten based grains because teff is really expensive here so be sure to ask to be safe if you have a gluten allergy. I'm vegetarian and it's one of my go to cuisines always best to get the platter as you can try everything and it's the most authentic to be sharing a platter with others."
