"My dining experience at this restaurant was absolutely awful. My friend and I arrived promptly for our 7:15 reservation, but our first round of drinks didn't arrive until 7:52. The restaurant was not busy at all, with only four tables occupied and a second server on duty. Throughout the night, we had to repeatedly remind our server of our orders as he often returned to our table empty-handed or just stood there staring at us from a distance. Despite there being only two of us, it felt like our server was completely oblivious to our needs. To top it off, we were informed that this was the restaurant's last night serving dinner, which was not surprising given the poor service we received. The restaurant is located in the heart of Grand Rapids and yet on a Saturday night, it was noticeably empty both inside and outside. There was no music playing and overall the atmosphere was unpleasant. This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had."
