"I ordered the steak fries. the steak was a terrible meat cut and literally less than 1/2 inch thick. I have bought and prepared better steaks from wal mart. I asked for it to be moderately rare and my first steak was well done. the taste was ok, but the steak was touch and full of fat and gristle. the waitress immediately realized that the steak was not medium and offered a new steak (which is a big customer service). she brought me a new steak, even though I said I was going and eating the first. the second steak came and the center was medium rare, but the endings were still well done. on the steak was almost no sailor. the first steak tasted better, but it is absolutely no high quality steak. they could find a better steak, literally, in a Dennys restaurant. my wife had the PBBLT sandwich. pork belly, bacon, salate and tomato. It was pretty good, but again, not great. probably worth the money, but certainly nothing from the ordinary. for a starter we had the garnels. they were really good and we both enjoyed them and we would recommend them. the service was less than average different than she insisted on bringing me another steak. After she brought me back, we sat there without paying attention to the whole meal. no additional drinks were offered. we waited after we were finished, for our review for at least 10 minutes. we did not get a discount on the steak meal, although it was clear that 75% of them were not eaten. we are not the type to ask for rebates, so maybe this is on us, but a sharp waitress would have offered or asked. the atmosphere is good. the drinks were okay. the table water was warm. the prizes would be good if that was better."

"overall the food was delicious! we had many of their tapas – pulpo, calamari, artichoke etc. – and they were all great. the muddles felt a bit old and tough, but that was the only material (the broth was delicious! it was only the seafood itself). from a menu perspective the tapas menu has made sense, but the Entree menu has really stretched out more Italian and there was the churrasco style steak (cook give us the real deal! entraña and garnel it felt really like there were two different restaurants. from service perspective it is closer to a 3 of 5. the waiter has done the mere minimum. When they came by, they asked if we wanted to put up a food order while we were just ordering drinks. no introduction to the restaurant (or even really) or popular menu items. it felt very hastened for a late sitting and not waiting behind us. I had to check the menu to understand the concept that does not really make sense in view of what I said above in relation to the menu. Once we finished the first round of the tapas we ordered, they assumed we were done and asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. we were rarely checked and felt as if it were a and done deal once they order. very different from typical tapas restaurant. that all is said, it is easier to adjust the menu and the service than eating completely missing. we left know that we have a new big chef in the opposite who still trains it. make the service more personal and enthusiastic, clean up the menu, and improve the quality of seafood, and this review would change to a 5 very fast."
