"I didn't know it was in a Hilton hotel when I booked the table. Food and service were fine, but the ambience was so corporate. On the plus side (1) the place was empty so that we could entertain each other, (2) the food was good (3) our server was really nice and polite and came to the right times. On the bottom, if you are looking for a charming Brooklyn restaurant with personality, that is not."

"I was with Emily four times and had great experiences every time. My last trip was with a group of 6 and we have a reservation for 5:30 (a little early but skipped the wait) and got a big cook 's table at the pizza oven, in the kitchen. Emily was in the kitchen this night and was super friendly, the pizza was delish and she gave us an extra kitchen made by chance. So a funny night, my group of 6 all chose one of the dishes as the best they ever had between the banana pudding, chicken wing and colony pizza. Definitely recommend Emily! Ask the table at the oven if you have a large group!"

"Had lunch here after the debacle that is the Museum of Ice Cream, saved our day in NYC. The staff weren’t awfully friendly but the place is clean, nice booths to sit in and the food was delicious. Had the 2 piece chicken item and my son had the buffalo chicken burger. Mine was perfect and my son raves about the sauce and the burger. Looking forward to hopefully getting the chance to visit again some time."

"As much as we had a lovely experience, my friends and I were very put off by this bar. We ordered a round of drinks (singles/bar rail) and when the bill came out we found out we were changed for doubles… some of us are driving and had to sort out alternative transportation. Very upset by the danger that could have put us in. I hope they consider this the next time they plan to over serve."
