"The Addison location of Dave & Buster's has experienced a significant decline in quality. My family often goes there to celebrate birthdays. In May 2023, the service and food were decent, though not outstanding, compared to earlier in the year. However, during my most recent visit in December 2023, the service was terrible and the food was just okay. When we arrived for our reservation, there was no one at the host desk to greet us. Instead, we watched a girl applying makeup in front of a mirror for 10 minutes. She then went to the kitchen without seating us. I had to seek out another employee in the game section for assistance. Our server was friendly, but the long delay was disappointing. Despite being the only table, our food arrived cold after a 30-minute wait. It was clear that the server's priorities were elsewhere, as the smell of weed lingered around her. Overall, the service was abysmal and we will not be returning to eat at this location again."
