"The Addison location of Dave & Buster's has experienced a significant decline in quality. My family often goes there to celebrate birthdays. In May 2023, the service and food were decent, though not outstanding, compared to earlier in the year. However, during my most recent visit in December 2023, the service was terrible and the food was just okay. When we arrived for our reservation, there was no one at the host desk to greet us. Instead, we watched a girl applying makeup in front of a mirror for 10 minutes. She then went to the kitchen without seating us. I had to seek out another employee in the game section for assistance. Our server was friendly, but the long delay was disappointing....

Short staffed, but who isn't. Took an hour from our reservation for our food to arrive. Great taste but high cost for the long wait. We didn't have anywhere to be so we made the best of it. The waitress was great, just overworked. We had a great time overall.

Two servers in the restaurant on New Year’s Eve. Rude hostess. Every year it’s the same thing here. No staff and rude employees. Rob the server was very nice to us and tried to handle everything he could for us. The front desk had one employee and a line out the door. If you wanted to play pool you had to wait in the new years check in line out the door. Everyone was crabby. We have been coming there on this night for 13 years. We come for tradition but the service and food are awful. Literally if you don’t have enough staff don’t stay open. We spent a lot of money there. Bathrooms were disgusting at 5:00 pm. Woman’s was for sure at least. No toilet paper. This is a family place.
