"We were pleasantly surprised, I wish we had something like that in Wichita Falls. I didn't expect much food wisely from a place for entertainment. My husband ordered fish and chips he felt was almost as good as the fish he had from the Gordon Ramsay restaurant in Vegas. I had the voodoo chicken, the chicken was moist on the inside and crispy on the outside of the sauce was spicy but not unbearable. The drinks were on the spot and our waitress Sidney, was the best we had in a long time. Not to mention, most of the arcade games were actually up and working in contrast to home. But serious props to Sidney, she was brilliant and we loved her sweet stance!"

"I came to Dave and Busters with the family to play some games and get some food. We got there and there was a 10 cover charge and that was fine, we found out it was because of the fight(which we had no interest). We tried to get a table and they said it was at least a 2 hour wait because people were there to watch the fight and there was no time limit on how long they can stay at their table. Because we were going to play games we said fine and put our names on the list, after playing a couple of hours worth of games we checked on our table and were told that it was still at least a 2 hour wait. We tried to order to go but were told that we could not. I tried to order a drink at the bar and because I wasn't already there the bartenders kept looking at me but not taking my order, after 30 mins of this we just decided to leave. It was a total **** show, very disappointing. The only thing halfway decent about this night was the games. They should tell people at the door what's going on and time frames before charging them a cover charge."

"We had a birthday party for my 2 daughters this past Saturday and I have to say that I was extremely impressed. We were in a private room with one other party, which was fantastic for the parents who did not want to be around the loud noise of the game room. We also had a huge TV that we got to choose to watch whatever we wanted, which was a nice perk. As soon as we arrived, we were shown to our room that was nicely decorated and had a sign wishing my daughters happy birthday. The event organizer/party planner greeted us immediately and stated that he would be here for whatever we needed. He asked what time we wanted the food and I told him as soon as possible, and within 20 minutes the food arrived. We also were allowed 3 soda towers with unlimited refills for everyone at the party. Throughout the event I asked our personal server to bring more food, drinks, a knife for the cake, etc and she was prompt and extremely helpful. Our party even ran 15 minutes longer than our two hour limit, and we never felt rushed. The party was for 12 kids, plus two birthday girls, and all members of the party had $20 of game play, and the birthday girls had $30 plus unlimited play on all of the non ticket games. All in all, the total came to $380, which included an adult platter as well. Though this is spendy, I felt it was comparable to everywhere else we have had a party in town (chuck e cheese, h2oasis, ice skating rink, etc) and I felt we got great service and the kids were fully entertained for 2 hours. I would highly recommend Dave Busters as a birthday/party venue. Quick tip- the platters for the kids are huge, and the Mac Cheese platter was barely touched. I would recommend the mini cheeseburgers and the chicken strips. The adult all American platter was a great choice as well"

"Fish Chips, Voodoo Pasta, Bavarian Pretzel, Crispy Cauliflower Garlic Mashed Potatoes were good but, the Grilled Asparagus was cold and the Sprite I ordered was missing entirely. I noted the drink I had paid $3.65 for was missing entirely had received only a $2.00 refund!?! That apos;s a theft of $1.65 for no drink received."

"I booked on open table but the greeter told me to wait in line with everyone else. The line wasn’t moving so I eventually went to the host stand and they sat us. We waited an hour for our food and our appetizer never came. The people next to us ordered before we did and still hadn’t been served all of their food when we left. I felt bad for them. The managers were not walking around to check in people. And the wait staff wasn’t forthcoming either updated about peoples food. Seems like maybe there was an issue with the computers but nothing was said to the patrons. A big well known chain like this should have their act together especially on a Saturday night. Pretty disappointed experience. Luckily the food was pretty good."

"Attended my nephews 11th birthday party yesterday. Sincerely the renovations I've seen improvement in space and party area.. the games are fun for all ages! I enjoyed our private section .. but I was very upset that people who were not part of our party group randomly come into our section and drink from our pitchers... wasn't the fact that they did, it's like, hey... you should at least ask.. the food for the children was ok. The pizza was a bit overdone and seemed as if it was reheated (hard). Presentation wise , the atmosphere was great..as in the setup and how convenient tables were accessible. Our section and the overall cleanliness were great. Bathrooms are updated and easily accessible. All the games were working!! Redeeming prizes was not too complicated. The selection was decent. I do like the fact that they make an announcement for the party kids' celebration and let you know when you need to return to your section. It wasn't too much of a hassle to find someone to help direct you to the party section... staff was pleasant and cooperative.. if you plan on having your child's birthday party here, I recommend it! Not only will you have fun, but so will they! Keep in mind that if you have younger children, you will have to accompany them. .. it can be crowded, and no supervision is provided past your section! Overall experience was exceptional!"

"Attended a going away party for a co-worker, food took forever to come out, service was very slow, only had 1 waiter for 20+ people who was also serving 2 other tables. The flat bread was so undercooked that the cheese was still stressed (not melted) and the dough was so undercooked, it stretched like raw pizza dough. Brussel sprouts were still rock hard, not cooked much...overall very different from how it used to be. The improvements to the dinning area were nice and very new looking. Wish we were covered more at the table. I finally told the waiter to just leave a pitcher of drinks so we didn't have to wait so long, but was denied."

"Lunch was good and unexpected. We weren’t sure but we’re happily surprised in the quality. Bar seemed to be out of a lot of the draft beer people were asking for as we witnessed several people having to take an alternative from what they ordered. "We waited a long time for service and felt overlooked. When our food finally arrived, the server rudely placed the plates on the table and ran off before we realized we had no silverware. It was difficult to find someone to ask for it. Our order was messed up, even though it was a simple selection from the menu. It seems the systems were down, which caused the staff to be preoccupied and ignore us. Despite these issues, the food was delicious. However, the bartenders seemed to ignore us and were focused on other tasks rather than taking drink orders. Overall, it was a mixed experience."

"The Addison location of Dave & Buster's has experienced a significant decline in quality. My family often goes there to celebrate birthdays. In May 2023, the service and food were decent, though not outstanding, compared to earlier in the year. However, during my most recent visit in December 2023, the service was terrible and the food was just okay. When we arrived for our reservation, there was no one at the host desk to greet us. Instead, we watched a girl applying makeup in front of a mirror for 10 minutes. She then went to the kitchen without seating us. I had to seek out another employee in the game section for assistance. Our server was friendly, but the long delay was disappointing. Despite being the only table, our food arrived cold after a 30-minute wait. It was clear that the server's priorities were elsewhere, as the smell of weed lingered around her. Overall, the service was abysmal and we will not be returning to eat at this location again."
