"I went to Saltgrass a couple of days ago and had an amazing experience. My server was Mike and he was absolutely great, especially for my first time getting there. Every time he came around he was super friendly, helped me understand the menu as a first-timer , and regularly checked in to see how we were doing. And, this is while it seemed like he was waiting multiple other tables. I also overheard another table compliment him on his service, if that helps illustrate how great of a server he was. We also had others check in on us, which was also nice. I clearly don 't know all of the servers, but can definitely recommend Mike as someone you should ask for! The atmosphere was nice. The lighting was great and it seemed like everyone around me was having a pretty good time (not too loud, but not uncomfortably quiet). All of the staff I saw seemed like they were in pretty good moods, as well as the people dining on the night I went. Very clean and staff immediately cleared tables. The food was so good. I had the ribeye--it was cooked perfectly and had a great flavor. We also had the bread before and that was also really good. Everything came out faster than I expected for both the restaurant type and the number of people there. All to say, I would recommend checking this place out!"
