"I would have easily given this place 5 stars based on their food. However, the service and pricing were completely ridiculous. We were seated, and an older couple came in after we sat. I watched the owner point to a table without looking at them, and even though the woman said something twice he ignored her and kept walking. Not exactly a way to get return business! The look on her face said it all. After we placed our order (and the order was read back twice), the waitress brought our appetizers, but no plates to put anything on. Finally got some after asking, but then the older couple asked for a condiment, and the female owner literally snapped her fingers and pointed to the older couples table. Which the whole restaurant saw. Extremely unprofessional considering that she could have helped them, but instead went into another part of the restaurant and sat down. The waitress was the only one working and there were a handful of tables so she was super busy and definitely inexperienced. Our food came, and the waitress never cleared the table and then told us the kitchen made a mistake on my daughter's eggs. She wanted overmedium, but they were scrambled. She told us we'd have to pay extra for new eggs and the toast that she ordered. She had a complete meltdown about it, but she kept looking at the owner in a panic. That tells me he is not very business savvy and cares more about money than customers. What policy says that a customer should pay for your mistake? Also, why is your policy that if someone wants toast instead of pancakes, they have to pay $4?? I suggest taking a business class and retraining your staff unless you don't want to stay in business. I'm willing to pay for a good experience, but $100 for what we got was not worth it. Your food is good, but your lack of customer service, high prices, and business practices are certainly in need of an overhaul!"

"Lasagna. Said to have meat and sausage. Who in earth uses link sausage slices in lasagna….should be sausage chunk or crumbles. Was warm at best. Ask to substitute the lemonade splash in a drink …that means add something else…at all costs. Instead, the give the drink half full and no substitute. We would’ve paid for the substitute… Shrimp and scallops in a pasta dish were both well over cooked and very rubbery."

"I love this place! I keep coming back. My partner and I learned about it by coincidence and I am delighted. The vegetarian entrees are all tasty you must try the baked and rolled eggplant with the kidreh. It is so flavorful! Apps are all pretty yummy the vegetarian app platter is great. The falafels are great, moist and flavorful and light crispy on the outside. My favorite dip is the fava beans (ful) so good! My carnivorous life partner really enjoyed the mixed kebab platter with Kidreh. Cocktails are also on point even though I always seem to miss happy hour. The staff are wonderful and the atmosphere is a lively community vibe. Also try dessert! You can't go wrong with any of the choices."

"One of the best experiences in Abilene I 've ever had. I have been visiting this chain way back before this facility chooses during the first part of COVID. I was so happy that reopened. I Love their steaks. Always cooked exactly as ordered and the taste is exceptional. As we entered we were led back to the treat of the seating area. At first I thought and actually shared with the lady who seated us, 'What did I do to get sent to the back of the class room ' we day there for a few minutes before anyone arrived to take out drink orders. And out of nowhere came this beautiful personality with a smile to die for beating hot fresh rolls. Hey name is Symia. So when you visit this establishment ask of she is on shift and request her area with total confidence. The food was amazing, fresh and extremely well seasoned. I was so impressed with her service I had to share me experience with her manager. This is a must visit Steak House in Abilene Texas."

"My first and last visit. The restaurant was clean. The service was very slow. The bones in my half slab rib dinner were old and dry so that describes how the meat was. I attempted to add extra bbq sauce to help but quit eating after a few bites. My dinner companion never got the ordered salad, even after 2 reminders. My loaded baked potato was so dry that the load just sat on top even after cutting the potato. The bread was fresh. The restroom was clean. Beverage refills were slow and wrong. We waited 20 minutes for a cocktail that wasn't available, neither was the second choice. At least we were told about the second choice within a few minutes. I didn't send the ribs back because I was afraid the next choice would be the same or worse."

"We visited Logan's Roadhouse on Valentine's Day. We arrived around 4:30 PM and were informed there would be a 30 to 45-minute wait. Since we had time, we agreed to wait. Our table was ready at 5:15 PM. We ordered tea and water; I had a ribeye steak with a salad and a baked potato, while my partner ordered the grilled meatloaf, which came with potatoes and two sides. It should have been $9.99 since we were there before 6 PM, but my meal was $19.99. Our server, Faith, was friendly and attentive. We noticed the kitchen was rather slow, but we anticipated that on Valentine's Day. Unfortunately, my steak was overcooked, but rather than making a fuss about it, I chose to eat it anyway. When the check arrived at nearly 6:30 PM, we were surprised to see my partner's meal charged at $13.99. We inquired about the discrepancy, and Faith explained it was due to the time we were seated. However, we had proof that we were called to our table before 6 PM. After some discussion, they finally corrected the charge. Overall, our meal was average, and likely below average for the price. I give them only 4 stars because they managed a large crowd with grace and efficiency throughout the afternoon, but that alone wasn't enough to make the experience exceptional."
