"Terrible customer service they first kept saying the coupon the manager gave me wouldn't work and tried only to give me 3$ off for a BOGO then proceeded to just hand the smoothies over and walk away and then made two of the smoothies wrong and now we have to wait in a 20 minute line because they don't have the main room open for the public. Wish I could give a 0"

"I enjoy coming to this restaurant because the smoothies are usually great, but there is one young lady who consistently makes them watery. The unfortunate part is that she is working on Fridays when I order the 32oz instead of my usual 20oz. It ends up being more like juice than a smoothie. I have decided not to order online anymore to ensure that she is not working when I come in. Hopefully, she improves her skills soon."

"If you need a healthy pick-up, this is the place for you. I've never been disappointed with Smoothie King. I bought smoothies there on 5 different occasions and every time I was very happy. You always put an ugly pre-measured blade of protein powder into your smoothness when that is what you ordered. You're a young staff with a lot of smiles. Their smoothies are delicious and their staff is quick and friendly. I'll get even more smoothie king in the future. In a scale from 1 to 5, I give them four and a half."
