"Food was over an hour and half late, called multiple times for updates and was continuously lied to. On call 3 was told they didn’t have our order and then on call 4 was told the food was dropped off. It was not. Very disappointing"

"Let me start by saying the only reason this place doesn't get a five star is because of the wait. In fairness my friend and I were there on valentines day so we had extreme patience with the servers. I had a reservation for 2 and when we arrived they tried to seat us at the bar (on Valentine's Day! . No bueno. We said we would wait for a table, that took about 15 minutes but it was well worth the wait. Once we were seated it took about 25 minutes or so for the waitress to come get our orders. We had prepared in advance and ordered all courses in that first round so that the food could just steadily come out. We had the ginger salad, the dressing was one of the best I have ever had. Next we shared the Sweet and Sour Soup, it was absolutely delicious, lots of flavors and textures and had a bite! Our appetizers were both sushi and we found them to be excellent and fresh. For Entree's I had the filet which I found to be one of the BEST I have ever had in my life. I brought some home and I was able to cut it with a plastic knife the next day after warming it up! My friend got the Tempura which was also delicious. The sauces were all spectacular as were the roasted vegetables. My only complaint was A. our reserved table wasn't ready and B. The time it took to get through the meal. While we enjoyed our evening it was a 2 hour and 15 minute meal. I feel like 1 hour and 45 minutes MAXIMUM for our courses would have felt more comfortable. Generally speaking we loved it and we will be going back again!"

"We arrived on time and we’re sat at hibachi immediately. We sat at the hibachi table for 20 minutes with no server. Nobody offered to get us drinks. Finally a man came over and brought water. We ordered drinks. We waited another 15 minutes for them. We ordered our hibachi food. My boyfriend is allergic to onions so we let the server know. He advised he have them make his meal in the kitchen which was chicken and shrimp. After about 10 minutes a hibachi chef came out, gave a very subpar performance, very quick and that was that. Plates for hibachi were dirty. Soup was COLD. Food was plated and I waited for my boyfriend to get his food while the other 5 of us ate. His food never came. We asked our server and he said it’s coming. He went back to the kitchen and came out 4-5 times with nothing. Finally, everyone had eaten their meals and my boyfriend requested to cancel his because clearly they forgot to make it. I had to take my whole meal to go because I was trying to be polite and wait for him to get his. All 7 of us were really disappointed because that used to be our favorite hibachi place."

"My friend and I love coming to this restaurant as it is our favorite spot. The pineapple screwdriver never disappoints. We have been regulars here for two years, visiting at least once a month. The service is excellent and the food is delicious. I personally do not dine in the Hibachi area because of the smoke and my allergies, but I can only speak to the main dining area. The music and atmosphere are both fantastic."

"Been going here for years. Hibachi is a fun experience. Chef’s cooking was fine but showmanship was lacking as he frequently dropped his tools and sent me home soaked in sake because he shot more of it on my shoulder than into my mouth — hopefully he gets better with time, but wasn’t ready for prime time."

"We’ve been to Natsumi several times and the food and service are consistently very good. The bento boxes are our “go to” but the sushi is also great. While it is a small restaurant, they know how to serve quickly without rushing so a good pre-theater choice."

"It's always fun at these places, especially if you do the hibachi. Make sure you open wide for the sake. The food is excellent and in particular we loved the duck and summer roll. Bring your friends or make new ones there."

"The atmosphere is very trendy, the service perfectly, and the food, for dying. The tuna Burrito, the yellowtail Jalapeno, and all the reels are absolutely delish! Oh, and let's not forget the prices very reasonable!"

"This is the best restaurant in the area! My favorite dish is the Black N Pink roll, and the Rocky Shrimp makes for a fantastic appetizer when paired with fried rice."

"Rock shrimp not actually rock shrimp. I feel like the coconut shrimp got mixed with spicy mayo and they renamed the dish. Also the spicy mayo not great. Sushi was fine. Nothing to write home about."
