"would give saffron a 5 stars if I could, but because it is not completely vegan the app does not allow me. we ordered from here twice and both times the food was excellent. the menu has many vegan options that are clearly marked, which is very appreciated. my man and I agree that this is some of the best Indian food we had and we have eaten a lot of Indian food. it is fresh and beautifully seasoned. we both look forward to being able to visit this place personally as soon as the dinge become better. thanks saffron!"

"The Himalayan Cafe is a wonderful authentic East Indian dining experience. Its an amazing restaurant, run by Makar Rai, who, along with his staff, is from Nepal. The food is so wonderful and authentic. The service and vibe' of the place is just right. Everything is home-made, including the great sauces and condiments. You must try the tandoori eggplant (smoky and so delicious), the saag paneer (spinach with home-made cheese), paneer dilruba (amazing tomato sauce and cheese), try the somas, the mo-mos, ohmygosh, just try everything! On Fridays there is live music at night and Saturdays they have bellydancing! Luncheon specials are a great deal. (Veg non-veg with large vegetarian menu."

"Absolutely delicious. Came for the Lunch specials with my family, and we all got something different and tried everything. Not a single dish was anything but impeccable, and the lunch soecial cane with a wide variety of side dishes/appetizers. The price was very fair for the portion and quality."

"My fiancé and I absolutely love coming to this restaurant, it has quickly become our favorite spot in the metro Denver area. The flavors in the dishes are amazing and we appreciate that there is a vegan option for everything on the menu, with the owner going above and beyond to accommodate any dietary restrictions. The spiciness level was a bit lower than anticipated, so next time I will opt for a hotter dish instead of medium. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive."

"I have been dining at Maharaja for years. The owners, Jonathan and Jennifer, are friendly and kind. The Host and usually main server, Inacio, is also friendly and very personable. All the years I have been going there the quality and flavor of the food is always consistent. I highly recommend Maharaja whether you want an intimate setting for a date or a fun atmosphere for lunch."

"Lunch buffet in Barrett Parkway area near Kennesaw (not quite Marietta)? Plen of options, food was well seasoned and fresh! It was nice that the vegetarian buffet was marked. More desserts than in other Indian places. The plant is a little dated, but seemed clean. $16 for adults is super reasonable based on value. Good, attentive service. Great experience, we?"

"I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant tonight. After being seated, I received a menu and placed my order. When the bill arrived, however, I noticed that every item cost a few dollars more than what was listed on the menu. I brought this to the staff's attention, and they apologized, explaining that those were outdated menus and that prices had increased—they were still waiting for new menus to come in. This felt like a classic bait and switch, as there was no prior notice before I ordered. While I ultimately paid the higher prices, I was tempted to make a scene over it. I felt justified in expecting to pay the prices on the menu. This situation left a sour taste in my mouth, which is disappointing because the food was actually very good."

"I am so disappointed! My experience at India Bistro was so horrible I had to ask for my check early and go home to finish my lunch. I love Indian food and was really looking forward to it. With Bengal Tiger and Taste of India so close by I can’t believe this place stays in business. In short, the waitstaff was fine, the food was mediocre but the atmosphere was intolerable. There was incessant noise from a really loud industrial blender, men yelling at each other to be heard over the noise and constant loud chiming of the electronic doorbell. It was like a comedy skit and I really tried to stick it out but in the end I had to admit defeat. I like unique and challenging experiences and I can generally at least find the humor in a difficult time but I met my match at India Bistro. It could not have been more obnoxious. I am so glad to be out of there."

"First time for me not my first time for my daughter and her family, had a great meal. The portions were spectacular very authentic flavors. The only issue we had was tables not being balanced other than posters leveling them out under the legs and by the end of our meal as the place got busier the smoke from the kitchen sort of flowed into the restaurant dining room area which irritated the eyes of both kids. We had to leave quickly as washing their eyes in the bathroom didn't resolve the irritants. Possible Vent cleaning more often may resolve that but overall the waitresses the hostess everything else was great."

"Not consistent in food flavor n recipes, we ordered a few times as far from Tru India. Each order has different tastes in mutton dum biryani and mirapakaya kodi. This time, we baked Lolipop chicken rather deeply fried and baked suckers do not taste well. We felt that biryani taste was good before, but not consistent every week. We recommend Cashew Chicken Pakora from this place, but every time you call to place order for this item, they say it takes 1 hour to prepare if you have time to try spicy Cashew Chicken pakora."

"In short, going here just makes me wish I was at the West Valley Curry Pizza. This location has a few additional options other than pizza available because it's lumped in with another Indian food place. Doesn't feel like the original location at all. Very jarring when I was expecting this to be a proper 2nd location. If you are looking for Indian food it's great. If you're in the mood for any pizzas of Pizza Curry you are probably better off going to the banner location in West Valley."

"I had an amazing dinner! The food was even better than I remembered and the service was exceptional. This restaurant is definitely one of my favorites in the metro area. While the prices may be higher than other Indian restaurants, the quality of the food justifies the cost. In my opinion, it's worth every penny and still a great value for such a fantastic dining experience."

"the first time you get away from here. it is located in the interior cary directly opposite la farm bakery. I'll say that eating was great. for appetizers we ordered the chaat papdi, which was great, and the wobbles pakora will say we are okay. for entrees we ordered kababish tandoori platter, chicken haleem, ziegenbiryani and some tikka masala for some gravy entree. Overall, I would say everything was great and cooked for perfection as we wanted. but would take something back in the future."

"Hostess and servers were amazing! The food was really delicious. Broke my fast there for Ramadan and they were very timely and accommodating. Portions were generous – I have enough for almost 3 people. I ordered chickens Vindaloo (boneless chicken with potatoes in a red curry/gravy) and rice pilaf with garlic naan. I didn't know that the Vindaloo comes with his own free white rice, but it was still a good combination with the Reispilaf. Everything was very tasteful. Chicken was tender enough that my toddler could also eat. By the way, they offer you a chance of how sharp you want your food on a scale of 1-5. The mild was good enough for me, but my husband likes sharp and ordered a 3, which was also good. The bathrooms are also immaculate!! Had an amazing vanilla scent that pleasantly surprised me – somehow I want one for my home Lol. During a walk to the door there was a sign that they recently opened for lunch buffets. It'll be back soon."
