"Everything about our dining experience was great, except for the poor service provided by our waiter. He neglected to inform us about the specials, failed to replace our utensils, never brought us the complimentary Valentine's champagne, and didn't even bother asking if we wanted coffee. The food was tasty for the most part, although the coconut creme pie left much to be desired. The crust was dry, hard, and thick, with an excessive amount of whipped cream and very little custard. The lack of flavor was disappointing, especially considering the high price we paid for our meal. Additionally, the cheesy videos of burning logs on TV screens in our dining area were a bit tacky. Overall, we don't plan on becoming regular customers at this establishment."
