"I have been to this restaurant a few times and they always seem to be slow. This time, when I walked in, the staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed. They mentioned that they had not taken a break all day and there was tension between the workers and the manager. While waiting for my order, I observed one person cooking and another on their phone, with the manager seemingly preoccupied with something else. Unfortunately, my order was not complete when I received it, with some items missing. I only realized this when I got home and discovered the wrong sauce on my wings. My overall experience at this Zaxby's was disappointing, and I would recommend avoiding it."
