"I have been to this restaurant a few times and they always seem to be slow. This time, when I walked in, the staff seemed overwhelmed and stressed. They mentioned that they had not taken a break all day and there was tension between the workers and the manager. While waiting for my order, I observed one person cooking and another on their phone, with the manager seemingly preoccupied with something else. Unfortunately, my order was not complete when I received it, with some items missing. I only realized this when I got home and discovered the wrong sauce on my wings. My overall experience at this Zaxby's was disappointing, and I would recommend avoiding it."

The service, communication, and attitude from Tina really made my experience at this restaurant unpleasant. I placed my order and received my receipt, but Tina was on the phone the whole time and ignored me when I asked for a cup multiple times. When I finally got the cup myself, Tina criticized me for not waiting for her. The food was mediocre, with a sanitation grade of 93. Overall, the customer service at this Zaxby's was subpar, and I was disappointed in my experience.

The service at this restaurant was terrible. I waited in line for over 10 minutes and then had to wait well over 10 minutes to receive my order. The cashier overcharged me and I was expecting a high bill for a chicken sandwich, fries, and drink. However, I later realized that I was only charged for one drink, fries, and sandwich instead of two. When I brought this to the attention of the customer service, they were rude and dismissive, essentially telling me to go away. I am writing this review to caution others to spend their money elsewhere. I will not be returning to Zaxby's again. Their customer service is severely lacking.

I went to this restaurant and saw signs stating that due to staffing shortages, orders needed to be placed online and picked up in the dining room. Unfortunately, the restaurant closed early without updating their online information, causing me to place an order without knowing they were closed. I lost $27 due to this. The woman working at the drive-thru was rude and acted like she knew they were closed. Their online ordering system is also faulty as it allows orders to be placed even when the location is closed. I recommend updating the correct opening times online or removing the signs that imply the location is open when it is not.
