"Usually I have the nicest workers handing me warm, good food. Often slow. Several times in the last few months, I try to order food only to see a sign at a normal business time stating they decided to close down and they are sorry . Twice I have been told they had a couple of big orders and it will take a really really long time to receive a whopper meal. Another time young lady worker was screaming at two other nice co-workers that she doesn 't care if she gets written up, 4 whopper meals in a car in the drive thru is too much! Unfortunately the food quality is poor. The manager is super nice. It's a shame because I would rather go here than the McDonald's across the street but the last three visits to BK have been disappointing. And I really miss the Ch'king Sandwich! Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
