One of my favorites is “Octopus Carpaccio”. I was in many upscale restaurants, and I can really say Octtopus carpaccio has the Michelin star quality taste with its unique sauce. New chefs earn the credit. I had ordered Filet Mignon from Sofia Englewood almost weekly, then recently stopped thanks to new menu item “Saslik” from Samdan. Main ingredient is specially marinated fillet mignon, and it is served with potato puree on the bottom and cooks secret sauce on top, this combination is mouthwater. Since the meeting with saslik we have ordered weekly from Samdan for our family dinners.
