"My associate and I are frequent diners here. The food is always good, and the ambience pleasant. We especially like the outdoor seating by the waterfall, when the weather allows it. We really like Kimberly, who is a newer server, and is always welcoming and attentive. (We almost stopped coming because we kept getting the Moroccan ? male server who was routinely snippy rude. The item we order most frequently is the cheese ravioli with meatball which is delicious with a glass of Banfi chianti, and the bean soup appetizer, which is a nice small lunch for me with bread wine. My only complaint with how this restaurant is run is they allow solicitors to go around handing out their business cards and attempts to sell their services or products. I find this annoying and tacky for a classy restaurant."

"I have reserved 20 people to celebrate my father's retirement. The service was pretty good. Our main waiter was extremely patient with us, explained all the specialties and even tailored many of our meals. The environment here is very comfortable. I would definitely recommend Villa Francesco's and will come back in the future if I am in the mood for a good Italian food. Food is good and cheap. Additional bonus is this restaurant byob, so we brought a few bottles of wine that improves our eating experience."

"We went for their advertised holiday brunch on 12/11 and were VERY disapointed. There were minimal decorations, very few themed foods/drinks, and the service was lacking. The server couldn't describe the menu items, food came out wrong, and server was gone for long periods of time. We didn't see her for the last 20 minutes of brunch and were unable to order a drink before the specials ended. The food tasted good after being corrected and the drinks were good but I would be hesitant to return."

"Used to eat here frequently but haven 't been in a while. Shouldn 't have bothered going back. Food was decent, except for overly salted vegetables. Service was awful. Waited half an hour for waitress to even come over to our table. Appetizer came right away, but then waited another 45 minutes for food to arrive. I had ordered cavatelli with sausage and broccoli rabe. When food was delivered, the runner said, We were out of cavatelli, so we gave you penne instead. I hope that 's OK. Well... I guess so. Not much I can do about it at this point. I 'm certainly not going to wait another hour for another meal to be prepared. Really should have complained at the time, but couldn 't imagine waiting around any more for our waitress to try to find a manager. Won 't be back."

"Finding parking was a challenge but getting on the inside made up for the lack of parking. I had a date night with my wife and we got there for 6pm. The place wasn't buzzing but persons were present. The ambiance wasn't bad. I plastic flowers wasn't helping the look. The meal was very good from the ceasar salad to the pasta that we ordered. The meal didn't need any dessert as the amount provided left us full. The price was further reduced as we bought our ticket through GROUPON. so the cost was very minimal for a good evenings meal."
