"My friend and I were craving for some savory food after our spa, and she really wanted to eat Spicy Galbi Jjim (Braised Oxtail n Ribs) badly so we visited Yangji Gamjatang. It's our first visit and surprising this place wasn't too busy during dinner time. We were immediately serviced and given all the banchan. The place is pretty small but it felt homey like a small family owned business. The vibes it gives off felt welcoming. The Spicy Galbi Jjim is a MUST TRY here! They serve it piping hot and if you get it with cheese... be amazed when they torch the cheese. It's a full spectacle and fun to watch. It's my first time actually eating this dish so I was high with expectations and it did not disappoint. It was very rich with flavor, and the sauce is thicc! I absolutely love it. My friend thought it was a bit too salty for her, but I couldn't tell since I ate it with rice. It was perfect for me. And the meat easily came off the bones :DAnd the Gamjatang was very flavorful, and delicious. It's a great soup if you looking for something hearty and warm.Definitely worth a visit but be mindful that parking is a struggle here! This plaza is popular so they only offer valet parking (limited though) or you can take on the challenge of street parking."
