"I hardly eat out anymore. I was really exhausted and overworked and just wanted a comforting hot meal. I had been to this restaurant before, although it had been a long time, and I had been satisfied. This time, on Tuesday, November 14th around 6pm, there was only one customer ahead of me. Eventually, another person came in behind me, wanting to order Thanksgiving dressing. The worker grabbed a styrofoam plate and went to the back. This worried me, but I didn't say anything. She returned with rice on the plate. I didn't see any residue, so I'm not entirely sure if it came from another plate or a sanitary surface. When I got home, the rice was very cold, but the meat and gravy were hot. The cabbage was overly salty and mushy, overcooked. I had to separate the meat to warm up the rice and gravy, and then microwave the meat to make it all the same temperature. I paid $30 for one plate, and it seemed like they didn't care enough to keep the rice on the steam table until closing. People, just cook for yourselves. These people just want your money. They don't care about doing their job properly or using proper safety measures. I won't compromise my health."
