I had been to this restaurant before, although it had been a long time, and I had been satisfied. This time, on Tuesday, November 14th around 6pm, there was only one customer ahead of me. Eventually, another person came in behind me, wanting to order Thanksgiving dressing. The worker grabbed a styrofoam plate and went to the back. This worried me, but I didn't say anything. She returned with rice on the plate. I didn't see any residue, so I'm not entirely sure if it came from another plate or a sanitary surface. I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and the food lived up to all the hype. It was excellent! I ordered the turkey wings, cornbread dressing, greens, and rice with oxtail gravy - absolutely delicious! I give it 5 stars, highly recommend!

My family and I stopped here because we heard this place was good. Whom ever said that lied service was horrible food was even worse. The pork chop was dry the ox tails were okay the side were horrible Mac and cheese was nasty and running the yams werenasty and the chicken was dry. This place really needs to think more on how they cook and the service they give this was not agood Experience at all! We had to leave and go to another place to get good food. You need new employees and a new cook Then reopen.

This restaurant is terrible! Where do I even begin? Let's start with the creepy interior, complete with a gunshot hole in the window covered in tape. The food is even worse. I ordered the Oxtail Dinner with three sides and cornbread. The menu claims the food is homemade, but the macaroni and cheese definitely tastes like it came from a box with fake powdered cheese. The oxtails were not good either, I could have cooked better and I'm not a skilled cook. Overall, I would not recommend going back to this place, especially after waiting several months to try it. I was extremely disappointed and paying $32 for something that was not good or what I expected was a letdown.
