"The food here is delicious. It's just that service is pretty slow. The line to order moves slowly as well as actually getting your food. I'm not sure if they need to hire more people or if it's just the process. The food is awesome. It's just hard to wait that long. It's literally a 2 minute walk from my job. I placed a togo order and waited and waited and waited. It took 17 minutes to get it! Once I got back to my office and ate it, the food was awesome. I ordered a chicken club w/fries. It was so yummy. It's one of the one places downtown that has fries but it might not be worth the wait. Unless I start calling it in."

"I have never once had makotos and been disappointed. The Filet Mignon was cooked perfectly, melt in your mouth tender. Their lunch portions are huge and such a good deal. Don’t even get me started on the carrots, I don’t know what magic they put in them to make them so addicting."
