"One of the most upsetting visits I’ve had in a restaurant in a while. There is a looming cloud of negativity behind the line. The lady with the tattoos who took our order was very nice and treated us great. we got two coffees and two bagels and ended up paying $45 for something was comparable to gas station food. They didn’t put any effort into preparing our food. I have had food from here before and it’s pretty alright. The prices have skyrocketed and the quality has taken a nose dive. When I went to go pick up my order, I got a hot coffee. I ordered an iced one. I was not bothered by this at all but I was bothered when I VERY KINDLY requested one of the ladies to replace my coffee. She had headphones on and was talking on the phone while restocking cups and preparing food. She took her headphones out to hear what I had to say, and gave me the nastiest look, and attitude, shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes at me, while she started to make my drink again. So I told her to disregard it and I decided to leave. I honestly don’t expect nor do I want special treatment when I go to a restaurant, all I want is just some basic respect and to get some decent quality food. I used to work in restaurants for four years and honestly I understand that it can be tough sometimes but it’s the job we signed up for at the end of the day."
