"One of the most upsetting visits I’ve had in a restaurant in a while. There is a looming cloud of negativity behind the line. The lady with the tattoos who took our order was very nice and treated us great. we got two coffees and two bagels and ended up paying $45 for something was comparable to gas station food. They didn’t put any effort into preparing our food. I have had food from here before and it’s pretty alright. The prices have skyrocketed and the quality has taken a nose dive. When I went to go pick up my order, I got a hot coffee. I ordered an iced one. I was not bothered by this at all but I was bothered when I VERY KINDLY requested one of the ladies to replace my coffee. She ha...

Modern and welcoming atmosphere. Upbeat music playing in background. Has an excellent Asiago bagel w/ cream cheese and latte. Will be back when in Miami.

We placed an order on uber eats. The driver didn’t follow delivery instructions and delivered it elsewhere and when i called them they hung up in me. Mediocre sandwiches to boot for $58. Go elsewhere.

Had the sesame bagel with scallion cream cheese. Yum!But the highlight goes to the iced coffee WITH COFFEE ICE CUBES. Genius. Loved the complimentary add ons at the coffee bar. Definitely an ice coffee lovers dream.

"Family-run joint so I really don’t want to write this but I have to after what happened here…The older grey-haired woman who co-owns the place works here is super rude.Disrespects customers.Bad vibes all-around.So I was going here about once a week for 4-5 months, spending 1.5-2 hrs each time working with my laptop.Then one day I ordered my coffee and was working on my laptop.Out of the blue the shorter male owner told me to leave because I needed to order 1 drink an hour to stay.Insane. "I took my husband here as a surprise for our anniversary. It was our first time in this location but we've been to the one in Turkey. I called in ahead of time to let them know we'll be there for our anniversary and asked if they do anything. The person on the one stated we bring out a premium dessert to you and our servers will over to say Happy Anniversary. I asked if he could notate it on the reservation and he said he would. We had our dinner and they brought out the dessert they have which is the bakhlava. Now being in the hospitality business and prior experiences, restaurants bring out the dessert complimentary when there's an occasion and that's what I understood from the host that answered the phone. Anyways, they brought out the check and charged us for the dessert. I kindly asked to speak with the manager, Lawrence and explained to him the sit and showed him the call on my phone. He left and checked with the person that answered the phone and stated that there was a misunderstanding and we don't offer complimentary dessert. Now as a courtesy and from such a high end restaurant, you would think they would go ahead and take care of the dessert as this is what was explained to me but he rudely refused. He was not polite or helpful whatsoever. I for sure will not be going to this location again and definitely don't appreciate how Lawrence the manager had treated us"

"what a fantastic restaurant. amazing location on the water. great view of the skyline. brilliant to see, yacht by or docking to let gastronomic moats leave. Eating is excellent. service is excellent. below- note that they are unhappy like us and have an unattended person smoking a zigarre throughout their entire meal! very unconsidered, especially because we certainly did nothing to negatively affect his culinary experience! oh, what goes around, does not blame the restaurants at all."

"I had been waiting for some time to try stone crab again and this restaurant did not disappoint very excellent !! The atmosphere and service in this restaurant are outstanding and very elegant without any attitude. From greeting to paying the bill, everything was well executed, properly paced and made us feel like valued customers. My wife’s branzino was excellent and the side dishes of asparagus and mashed potatoes were served in the center of the table to be shared. We even managed to save some room to share a slice of key lime pie. It was truly one of the better dining experiences we have had in some time. It is expensive but for us completely worth it. And the stone crab was exactly what I hoped it would be !!"
