"I just got home from the airport at 1:30 am. Of course no real food on the airplane so I headed to Jim's on Niagara Falls Blvd by 1:45. They were starting to clean up for the night. I was greeted happily and asked it I was too late. The clerk said, no sir you still have 15 minutes before we close. They were scrubbing the grill. They took my order, heated up the grill and I got my sub of the week, the Stinger. It was hot, fresh and delicious! I left those guys a nice tip! "we are from the city and were looking for something fast and light to lunch. had delivery to the hotel. was delivered within 15 minutes. the sub-sandwiches were great. a lot of meat and extras on the sandwiches. not finished with oil. not like soggy subs. when we go through again, we will stop for a quick meal."

"We tried Jim's steakout for the first time, and we weren't disappointed. We each had a steak and cheese sub. And the mac and cheese bites to share. The subs were really good. At first I thought they were a bit pricey, but then realized that it was real steak, and a lot of it. The bites tasted like kraft mac n cheese. They were coated and deep fried. Not healthy, obviously, but yummy. The staff was decent, and made our subs to order. They were not overly busy. We will go back some late night again."

"I no longer live in the area, but I always make sure to stop by at least once when I visit to enjoy the amazing subs and experience the nostalgia of eating here. Whether it's after a night out at the bars, as the perfect hangover cure, or just because I'm hungry, this place never disappoints. One thing that I absolutely love and always make sure to order is the Poutines! They are not just your average fries, the flavors are incredible. The Frenchy sub I ordered was packed with delicious ingredients and had amazing aromas. And to top it off, the employees were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. "I don't usually write reviews, but I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were amazing, and one of them even connected with me because we shared the same name. She went out of her way to offer me a carrying tray when I was leaving, which was really kind. She also helped me find the drinks area, which I had trouble locating since it was hidden. Overall, great service and great people. I noticed the owner reads reviews, so I wanted to give a shoutout to the employee with the last name "Taylor"."

"I paid around $5 for the onion rings and I got 5 smashed onion rings. They were not large enough to be a dollar a piece either. The bun for the sub was black and the sauce was hot when I ordered mild. I ate the soggy onion rings and threw out the sandwich. I was mad to say the least!! No lunch for me today."

"I had the worst experience with the Philly cheesesteak sandwich at this restaurant. It was soggy and the cheese was not melted, so the meat ended up cold when it was added to the roll. The sauce was oily and had excessive seasoning salt, making it too salty. For the price I paid, this was a disappointing waste."

"The delivery service was great, but unfortunately the sub roll tasted burnt. This location really needs a new toaster. The sandwich was also dry, even though it was ordered with mayo and oil. There was barely any mayo and no oil to be found or tasted. I would only give Jim's Elmwood two stars tonight."
