"I just got home from the airport at 1:30 am. Of course no real food on the airplane so I headed to Jim's on Niagara Falls Blvd by 1:45. They were starting to clean up for the night. I was greeted happily and asked it I was too late. The clerk said, no sir you still have 15 minutes before we close. They were scrubbing the grill. They took my order, heated up the grill and I got my sub of the week, the Stinger. It was hot, fresh and delicious! I left those guys a nice tip! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Stinger Hoagie, Steak Cheese Sub, Chicken Finger Sub"

Jim's steakout is always amazing only takeout place the hasn't skimped on their food ingredients or drastically raised their prices. They are also open till 2am. My favorite sub is the Jefferson. It has steak, sausage, cheese, and their delicious sauteed onions. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Recommended dishes: Steak Cheese Sub Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free parking lot

Was a nice cute place with friendly staff and a clean restaurant but the prices were high for the low quality of food made. We went there for a Philly cheese steak sub because I'm always on the hunt for delicious steak subs and seen the cook making one and when he pulled out cheap steak-ums I NOPED out of there real quick. If your gunna have your name have steak in my suggestion would be to use real steak. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

"Our server was exceptional! Despite the bustling environment, he provided attentive service, frequently checking in with us, refilling our water glasses, and artfully arranging the plates so that each dish was beautifully presented. The water, infused with lime, was a delightful surprise—extremely refreshing and served as a lovely palate cleanser. We started our meal with the honey garlic bread accompanied by herb ricotta. The bread offered a wonderful balance of flavors, and the ricotta added a creamy touch that complemented it perfectly. Next, we tried the Pad Thai Tacos. While I wasn't a fan of the spice level, I appreciated the creative combination of hard and soft shells, along with the tasty peanut sauce. Then we moved onto the "ball," which is a great example of how the restaurant encourages sharing. Each dish was served with a large knife and serving spoon, making it easy for us to split everything. The flavor was remarkable, especially the sweet sauce paired with the grilled bread. For our main course, we ordered the Chicken Cutlets, which were again served with a knife and tongs for easy sharing. Although I wasn’t fond of the wine sauce, the chicken was perfectly cooked. The meal truly stood out with the two desserts we chose: the butter cake and the orange chocolate crème brûlée. Both desserts struck the ideal balance of sweetness! I highly recommend this restaurant!"
