"Another frustrating aspect is that during 2020 and 2021, they kept the front doors closed, making it impossible to dine in or use the drive-thru during those years. Now that the doors have reopened, the drive-thru is operational, but they frequently run out of certain items. Each time I've visited this year, I've encountered this issue. For instance, I was offered a chicken sandwich as a substitute but only found out after I had already paid. The staff at the counter never warns you about what's unavailable when you place your order.
Furthermore, the interior is cramped, and the workers seem to fill the limited space with all sorts of boxes and supplies. It's as if there’s a lack of proper management here; they clearly don't know how to run this location effectively. Overall, this Popeyes is significantly worse than others I've visited, such as those in Buffalo Grove, Mundelein, or Armitage in Chicago."
