"would have liked to experience crave but a hurricane angst caused a closure. that has not prevented our reservation from being confirmed and preventing us from using the open table app to secure another reservation. independent of calling to Crave...............no answer, the open table must have a method to let a customer cancel a reservation if we have conditions / situations that can affect a local. they recommend watching the weather channel and paying attention to evacuation orders by postcode, so we are not all confused by an app on autopilot from fuel. I appreciate that crave had other problems than priority. no apology for open table not to allow to notify some methode, open table and cancel the reservation at a closed location. they have lost our business and trust with this experience."
