"I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I had to wait in line for a very long time, not because it was a large line, but because they did not have anyone directing customers to a waiting area when someone had a complicated order that was holding up the line. The wait was unreasonable and ridiculous. Additionally, when I finally received my strawberry sundae, it only had two small pieces of strawberry and a bit of juice, which was extremely disappointing."
