"I have Always been coming to this Dairy Queen throughout the time I?ve lived in Edwardsville. For the past 16 years this establishment has always been clean and the food has consistently been Great quality. I never have to worry if my order iswrong, they didn?t get my extra sauce, or if my food is going to come out cold, undercooked, or poorly mixed. The staff arealways friendly and got my orders out quick, Even in a busy rush-hour. Just recently I had purchased a meal and a blizzard, butmy Internet bill automatically went through on the account I used to buy my food, and I ended up coming a few dollars short. AVery kind staff member named Austin Linder offered to pay the difference out of pocket. I asked if he was sure multiple timesand he still went through with it. Every time I go through if I have a spare a few dollars I always tip now."

"I paid $5.99 plus tax for a Peanut Buster Parfait tonight at this restaurant. Unfortunately, it was disappointing as it did not live up to the advertised Dairy Queen picture. Instead of layers of hot fudge and ample peanuts throughout the soft serve, I received a small amount of fudge on the bottom with only 8 pieces of peanuts, fudge on the edge of the cup with no peanuts, and fudge on one side without any peanuts on top. This was not what I expected and I found it unsatisfactory. When I asked the drive-thru attendant about the lack of peanuts, she said they were in the fudge layers, which was not the correct answer. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning."

"I was here over 2 weeks ago to take my son for some ice cream before he left me for 2 weeks. On what was supposed to be an enjoyable evening turned into just the most stressful time. My cup bottom broke and the entire Blizzard fell in between myconsole. To make matters worse, literally just got my car cleaned 2 hrs earlier. I contacted the store and the next day I amassuming the manager, Jessica contacted me. I told her I would be more comfortable contacting my dealership due to the fact mycar is a lease and going on their recommendation of reimbursement of the earlier wash (which doesn't get the milk product out ofthe carpet and all the hard to reach areas and track). She said that was fine and to let her know. My dealer took some timegetting back and I even turned down the full detail at a cost of $425 and told them it was just the driver side seat. So whenthey came back at a fraction of the cost I sent it over to Jessica. Mind you I have not heard from her since the day she calledand I sent the photos as per her request. I have called, they don't answer when I call but when I block my number someoneanswers and when I ask for Jessica I get a please hold and then someone comes back and says she isn't here. I am extremelydisappointed in DQ's response in this matter. I have been in contact with them but they refuse to contact me back."

"Dropped rating. Not for the managers bare finger going in my ice cream on 9/16/22 approx 8:03 pm. Not for the utter confusion the manager caused for triple charging a customer. Oh no. It was purely for making up some nonsense of why my next blizzardwouldn't be free because he did not turn either of my blizzards upside down. This is real. He stated that he does not turn itupside down because it has whip cream on it. Which would have been ok, EXCEPT the person behind ordered the same exact thing. And guess what, upside down, just like the big sign I was standing in front of, said. It is for the dishonesty that thislocation gets 1 star. I am sure I will give DQ another chance for an updated review. Edit 10/22/22: Hey owner, why do youpost URLs that can't be copied on a mobile device? I gave this location another chance, today will be my last visit. If auseful URL can not be provided (no, I will not take extra steps so the owner can understand their own business) and serviceremains poor, there is no reason to visit. Perhaps one should try their own establishment."

"This was my first time visiting this location. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket but ended up receiving a cheeseburger after waiting for over 10 minutes. I paid $10.01 for a strange spicy burger that I didn't order. I decided to give it another chance today. I pulled up to the speaker at 11:32am but by 11:45am, I was still sitting there without any communication from the staff. I decided to leave and find somewhere else to eat as I only have 30 minutes for lunch. If you are in Rogers, MN around noon and craving DQ food, I suggest you keep driving past this location. My experience here was terrible and I will not be returning. Thank you, but no thanks."

"This restaurant consistently makes mistakes with orders and often forgets to include items. On my most recent visit, I did not receive dipping sauce for my chicken strips and there was no ketchup for my onion rings, and they also did not provide napkins. In the past, they forgot to give me my chocolate sundae. Another time, I placed a mobile order and arrived at the restaurant only to find out they had not even started preparing it. The wait times in the drive-thru are excessively long, with waits of up to 30 minutes even when there are only a few cars ahead of me. The Bonner Springs location seems to have better service, so I will not be returning to this particular Dairy Queen."

"The Dairy Queen at Bartram Park has the most rudest girl at the counter I have ever experienced. I went inside the lobby about 12:30pmi on Saturday 9/17 and only 3 other customers was in side the lobby and the drive thur had about 2 cars so they were notbusy at all. I received DQ coupons in the mail I used the signature combo coupon and I wanted to the .99 cent Blizzardcoupon. The girl at the counter said she couldn't and wouldn't do that because it would be 2 coupons person. I explained thatin the writing on the coupon it says only 1 item per coupon that means I could only get one Blizzard per coupon not that Icouldn't use both coupons one for the meal and one the Blizzard. I then so could you take another order for the Blizzard andshe said no one coupon per customer. I said ok I will go out of the restaurant and come back in and have you ring me up for theBlizzard Coupon. She replied you do what you want here your food, I said really she then said look you got your food just getout. On this day there were 3 managers in train and I went to talk with them and the same girl at the counter said that theycan't help me there only managers in training. I was like WOW! I told there what happened anyway and they said they reallycouldn't do anything and would talk with the manager who was training them. Over all I will save my money and never go intothat DQ again. Although I do have a Podcast talk radio show and this will be a very good topic. Sorry DQ your going to get badpress to about 9,000 Jacksonville Florida listing fans."

"I took lunch for myself and 6 employees and had a great experience! Although I have 6 different meals, drinks, AND 6 small sunflowers Lindsay took care of me! She packed the meals and drinks in a box and brought the sunflowers into my car. "We went to the Dairy Queen on CR 17 in Elkhart. They forgot some of our food. I called and told them what they missed in our order and they confirmed that they had it there. I asked if they could have it delivered to us since it was their fault for not giving us our complete order. The manager was horrible and refused to make it right stating we could just come back and get it. Horrible customer service I wouldn't suggest going there and we will not being back."
