"This was my first time visiting this location. I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket but ended up receiving a cheeseburger after waiting for over 10 minutes. I paid $10.01 for a strange spicy burger that I didn't order. I decided to give it another chance today. I pulled up to the speaker at 11:32am but by 11:45am, I was still sitting there without any communication from the staff. I decided to leave and find somewhere else to eat as I only have 30 minutes for lunch. If you are in Rogers, MN around noon and craving DQ food, I suggest you keep driving past this location. My experience here was terrible and I will not be returning. Thank you, but no thanks."

Last night, I ordered a 6-piece chicken strip basket at the drive-thru and I received my food within 5 minutes. The food was hot and the portion sizes were just right. Benecio, the employee who served me, was very friendly. Overall, I was very satisfied with my order.

This was one that was pretty chinsy on the servings. Small, small small on the medium hot fudge sundae. Employees were okay. We didn't complain because we feel like the folks that work there probably have enough to deal without our whining. But probablywon't go back to this one.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I used the drive-thru and changed my order to a combo, but they forgot the special part without even asking for clarification. It took 12 minutes to receive our order, and two of the sandwiches were extremely messy. The one that was supposed to be a special order had way too much ketchup, making it difficult to eat without getting it all over my hands.
