"Terrible service. We were sat, our waitress can and took our drink and food order, then we never saw her again. Our food was brought out by others to the table and then nobody ever returned. One of the items my husband ordered was never brought, nobody came to refill our drinks, ask how the food was, or bring us our checks. We had to ask a host if they had seen our waitress so we could get our tickets. The host then came back to the table to ask how we would like our checks separated. Our waitress finally presented to our table with our tickets only for us to see a 20% gratuity was added (not posted anywhere). When she returned we commented about how if they were going to automatically add gratuity they needed to serve their tables because nobody had ever checked on us. There was no apology just, “I was busy doing 20 other things.” We again stated we understand you can get busy but we sat here with no drinks, missing items, and no service and were charged for a service we didn’t receive. She then said, “thanks for the advice” and walked away. I then asked a bartender for the manager that after 10+ mins of waiting never came to speak with us, so we left. Hannah, if you are going to automatically add service charges please provide the service. Also, apologies will always go further than excuses."
