"Terrible service. We were sat, our waitress can and took our drink and food order, then we never saw her again. Our food was brought out by others to the table and then nobody ever returned. One of the items my husband ordered was never brought, nobody came to refill our drinks, ask how the food was, or bring us our checks. We had to ask a host if they had seen our waitress so we could get our tickets. The host then came back to the table to ask how we would like our checks separated. Great dinner at Tug’s while visiting Mud Island in Memphis! We had the buffalo chicken wrap, Asian lettuce wraps, gumbo, and catfish. Everything was very tasty. Hubby couldn’t stop raving about how great the catfish was.

We come here for the steak. Something happened since the last time we were here. Our steaks tonight were as thin as a paper plate. After a few bites it wasn 't worth finishing. We finished our drinks and asked for the check. I was given a gift card so I gave that to the waiter with my debit card. Some time goes by and the waiter comes back and says our system isn 't processing gift cards right now . How is that even possible? If you can swipe a debit card how is the gift card not working. Our server was Hannah on 7/28/24 it was the most horrible service I have ever had. She took our order never came back we all ran out of drinks, we had to ask the host to find her so we could get our tickets. Then at the end when I told her she never came back her response to us was well I got busy with like 20 other things . I told her that was not an excuse because we were paying costumers and she said well sorry. We also didn 't get all of our order.
