"We had a reservation for 4 at 8:00. We arrived at 8:06 and checked in. We were told that our table had just been given away and they apologized. I don't actually know when the table was given away, or if they had even kept one open for us at 8:00. Industry standard says to get there within 15 minutes of your reservation time. Regardless, arriving 6 minutes late should not have cost us any enjoyment that night. That didn't help. Ten minutes later, I was told that we were late and the table had been given away at 8:25. I WAS TOLD THIS AT 8:17. I didn't appreciate being lied to. At 8:35, we were seated at a booth tucked way back in the farthest corner from the band, and we were there specifically to see the band. Our table that had been given away was where I had specifically asked to be seated when I made the reservation. Enjoyed the band from the booth or from the front when I walked up to see them. But I was very disappointed in the service based on the reservation fiasco. If I recommend this place to friends, I will tell them to arrive on time and to know that their reservation might not mean anything. Drinks were weak and overpriced."
