"We had a reservation for 4 at 8:00. We arrived at 8:06 and checked in. We were told that our table had just been given away and they apologized. I don't actually know when the table was given away, or if they had even kept one open for us at 8:00. Industry standard says to get there within 15 minutes of your reservation time.
