"My family and I had a reservation for 2:15pm through OpenTable, skipping an available 2:30pm slot. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that 2:15pm was the last order and there was no point in coming in. This was confusing as OpenTable had offered a 2:15pm (and even worse, a 2:30pm) slot. Luckily, there were plenty of other dining options in downtown Sunnyvale. The food and restaurant were excellent, but they need to improve their communication with OpenTable."
