"My family and I had a reservation for 2:15pm through OpenTable, skipping an available 2:30pm slot. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were told that 2:15pm was the last order and there was no point in coming in. This was confusing as OpenTable had offered a 2:15pm (and even worse, a 2:30pm) slot. Luckily, there were plenty of other dining options in downtown Sunnyvale. The food and restaurant were excellent, but they need to improve their communication with OpenTable."

My family and I made a reservation using open table for (ditching an available slot). As soon as we reached the restaurant, we were told that was the last order and there was no point coming in. WHAT??!!?? Why then does OpenTable offer a (and worse) a slot then Fortunately, since this is located in Sunnyvale downtown, options were plenty The food and restaurant itself is excellent but they ought to do a better job with open table.
