"Yuyo offers an amazing Saturday brunch experience! This locally owned restaurant serves delicious handmade food with lots of love and attention to details. The outdoor patio is beautiful and the eggs Benedict, Peruvian style, were particularly delicious. Instead of English muffins, the perfectly cooked eggs were served over freshly baked yucca cheese bread, which was a nice twist. The chicha morada beverage is very interesting, made with purple corn and other fruits and spices, creating a unique sweet and sour drink that makes hibiscus tea taste bland in comparison. The Peruvian coffee, specially roasted by Texas Coffee Traders, is also delicious. The friendly service adds to the overall experience, and small touches like a diffuser in the restroom instead of toxic air fresheners are appreciated. The only downside was that the music was a bit loud, making it hard to have a conversation. Overall, thank you for a refreshing brunch experience at Yuyo!"
