"Mediocre at best. I've been to O'Charley's about 4 or so times in the last 8 months for dinner and lunch. I got something different every time including salads, sandwiches, and most recently, their new bowl. Each and every time the food was edible, but not something I'd get again or recommend. My companions on each occasion said the same thing about their more substantial meals like steak, pork chops, and ribs. Most fried foods like chicken tenders and such are fried way too hard. Oh, but the rolls are really good, BTW, the staff have always been nice and attentive, no complaints on service at all. It's rarely a wait, so if you aren't too picky and want a sit down meal with no wait, it is a choice. Just don't expect too much."
