I am never disappointed at O' Charley's. And all the wait staff, though busy, stopped by to make sure my wait of about 10 minutes, was as pleasant as could be! Thank you, O'Charley!"

I enjoyed the food, but was disappointed that they never serve bread at the beginning of the meal - you only get it when the main course arrives. I wish they would offer bread earlier, maybe with the salad. That's the only thing I would change; everything else is fantastic.

My first visit was nice. The server was super friendly and very accommodating. I was given the wrong potatoes and my asparagus was burned but both issued were quickly remedied with a smile and apology. The steak was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth. I would definitely return.
