"I'm never trying to leave negative reviews, but this was stupid. First, my waitress Dawn was great in service and attitude. The kitchen messed up my food, so it was a bit soggy, but well stuffed. For the first time to take my mother to this restaurant, so was quite disappointed after I had braided her food is so good. They offer veteran discounts at this point. After I had eaten what I could, I went to the bathroom and there was a maggot on the floor. I wouldn't have eaten here if I had seen it before. Very disgusting."

"I've never been disappointed. I've ate here many times. It's generally my go to restaurant, when I prefer something outside of the fast food industry. The yeast rolls are a delicacy. I love everything on the menu. Many healthy choices to choose from. And if you prefer great cuts of meats this place has it. The service is spectacular. The atmosphere is awesome. The cost of the whole experience is competitive. Drinks are not watered down and mixed to perfection. I never had to wait for a table. The staff have a very good COVID awareness system set up to help protect it's patrons."

"Good food, good service, pricing appropriate with the type of restaurant. The food portions were on par with the pricing. The appetizers came out before the meal. Drinks were brought quickly and stayed filled. Server was available when needed and did not hover. Food was tasty and cooked correctly. Check was available at the right time, it was easy to pay and get a receipt. Leftover container was brought quickly. Overall the restaurant had good food, good service, clean environment, and nothing negative to comment about in this review. I would definitely recommend for others and I would definitely go back again."

"My son and I think O'Charley is a treat. I had Atlantic salmon and broccoli and he had the Chicken Parmesan together with Desserts. Danielle's service was top notch and it's lovely. The evening ladder was very nice and thoughtful. The dinner was perfectly cooked and delicious as always. We had so much food that a Doggy bag was needed and our 2 GSDs enjoyed the extra over their Kibble with Gusto. The restaurant is clean and spacious, so an end to the weekend a relaxing and pleasant treat."

"The reason why I give this O'Charley's a two-star rating is pure at the level of the service we have received. The food was decent, but our waiter was unprofessional. When we arrived there, our party of 6 sat fast, only a handful of other parties seemed to sit. The server came and got our drinks orders and once he returned, we were ready to place our appetizer and meal order. We gave him our two appetizer orders and wanted to give him our food order when he told us he would put in the appetizer order and go. 5 minutes later he returns to confirm the appetizer order and gives us the impression that our order has never been sent back to the kitchen. Our appetizer comes out in a reasonable time and our server takes our dinner order. We wait for what seemed to be an inappropriate time, given the lack of people in the restaurant and finally our food. Halfway through dinner, our waiter comes and asks if we want to order Dessert, we don't and he's just going to come back with the check. I feel like we were badly visited at the beginning of the evening and frustrated that we were not able to get our meal order with our appetizer as it would have saved some time between the starter and the main course. In addition, we felt rushed with the waiter to ask if we wanted to leave the dessert halfway through our meal and check."

"Stopped in for a quick appetizer and drink after running errands. In between lunch and dinner hour the restaurant was fairly busy and we sat at the bar. The bar tender was also waiting the bar area tables and it was no issue as we were the only patrons at the bar. The service was great and even when it was realized that two of the beer taps were switched and the wrong beer was served it was corrected quickly and gracefully with apologies and a good laugh with a manager and bartender over the oddity. The menu pricing looks reasonable with nice options for casual fare and entrees. We enjoyed the shrimp and stuffed crab appetizer. No loud music, TV'S for sports, nice service, decent prices, good atmosphere; going back soon as a good go to place."

"I placed a to go order here and waited almost an hour in my car for it. I eventually walked inside to go get the order. When I walked back to my car and opened the nachos that I ordered they looked like this. Trust me when I say it looked more appetizing in the picture than it did in person. There were probably a total of five chips with toppings on it. I walked back inside and asked the lady if she could have them remade. She told me “our nachos come like that”. I hope to god they don’t actually serve their nachos like that because I wouldn’t feed that to my dog. She finally said she would send them back and ask to have them remade. When she came back not even two minutes later she threw them on the counter and walked away saying nothing. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning."

"Service was ok but the food was horrible. We ordered 2 campfire potatoes and they were blueish/green and hard. They were not done! I told the waitress and ordered fries to replace the campfire potatoes and they were over done! Was the chef trying to say something here?! My daughter ordered mac n cheese and it was not good at all. There was no cheese on them, just dry noodles. 3 smash burgers were ordered and they looked as tho they were cooked in an oven? Thats not smash burgers at all! They were gray and wasn't browned. Just not impressed at all, dont think we'll be back."

"I ordered the grilled California Chicken Salad to go. This is my favorite salad. Nobody does it better! Chicken grilled just right tender not dried out. Fresh lettuce fixings! I am never disappointed at O' Charley's. And all the wait staff, though busy, stopped by to make sure my wait of about 10 minutes, was as pleasant as could be! Thank you, O'Charley!"

"Went there tonight and had a GREAT meal! The service was one of the best around! They were crowded with patrons....seemed like the waitress was running her tail off but she was right on top of things with great service and we are amazed at how quickly or food was served. We really expected to be there a while waiting for our food, because, like I said, they were crowded....but they had our food out to us in no time....and it all was so delicious! "O'Charley's boardman what has happened to you. A once enjoyable place to dine or take out has become less than a major let down. Ordered our usual free pie Wednesday family meal for curb side to go and what a major let down and disappointment. After waiting 17 mins In my car for curb side to go and not one single employee creating me, I decided to go inside to wait another 14 minute's for anyone to even notice I was standing at the register I finally was able to pay for food. Getting home found no free whole pie just a pitiful slice , not 8 tenders like the meal should have but only seven nasty overcooked (nugget) sized tenders cold and I mean cold hamburgers no bbq sauce no rolls and just worst tasting food I have had all year long. Employees did not even care about customer service but they where all interested in a fellow employee cancelled trip that in my long time waiting for this terrible service and food I was able to over hear everyone stoping to talk to this gentleman about. While he got his food order quicker than myself that has now been waiting over 35 mins at the restaurant after placing my order 30 mins Early and being told a 25 min prep time for my food. I should of ordered Sheetz at least than my food would of at least tasted better and would of been hot. Worse 50.00 dollars I ever spent and will never return to this location again. Look at the photo you will see the tenders are harder than tree branches and probably tasted worse"

"Before I order a Uber Eats, I called the restaurant to see if they are able to remove the bacon from the Steakhouse Potatoes, as it does not allow changes in the app. The lady I spoke with sounds insecure, but said yes, I could do that. Put the order and called back immediately and believed it was the same lady I spoke to earlier. She wasn't the professionals and I had to ask her if she needed my name for the order. I made my request and said she would let the kitchen know. Either she did not tell them or they did not acknowledge the request because lo and behold, there is bacon; I don't eat pigs and it won't eat. Had taken from other reviews and not ordered from here."

"Today my Husband and I at O'Charley's restaurant at Jefferson Davis Hwy at Chester. That was a first one for us, and I have to say we were very impressed. The food was extraordinary. Salad was fresh and baked potatoes delicious. But the steaks were PURE PERFECTION. It has many years since I had a steak that was cooked as we prefer. Kudos to the cook. The best part of the meal was the interaction with our waitress Miesha. She was so efficient, so pleasant, so friendly and really a fortune for O'Charley's. We'll be back soon. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for an exceptional meal."

"I wasn't much to this place, but if it were cheaper, I would definitely go more often. The food itself tastes really good and is a good quality. This is even after we brought it home and sat it for a few minutes. I could just say that because it was really good, it would be better in the restaurant. Regarding the price, you are on the same as other businesses as these. About $10-12 for a meal. The only grip is that I and my sister have made the pickup of the curb, and they have never brought out our food. It turns out there was a mess, and basically I think they didn't know it was curbside and that it was Door Dash. Since I've been working in the food industry, I know everything is happening, so it's completely understandable. I'm mainly saying that you might have to go in if you're just going to the curb. I can't say much for customer service, but for the minute I was, people seemed really nice. I would recommend this place."
