"The reason why I give this O'Charley's a two-star rating is pure at the level of the service we have received. The food was decent, but our waiter was unprofessional. When we arrived there, our party of 6 sat fast, only a handful of other parties seemed to sit. The server came and got our drinks orders and once he returned, we were ready to place our appetizer and meal order. We gave him our two appetizer orders and wanted to give him our food order when he told us he would put in the appetizer order and go. 5 minutes later he returns to confirm the appetizer order and gives us the impression that our order has never been sent back to the kitchen. Our appetizer comes out in a reasonable time and our server takes our dinner order. We wait for what seemed to be an inappropriate time, given the lack of people in the restaurant and finally our food. Halfway through dinner, our waiter comes and asks if we want to order Dessert, we don't and he's just going to come back with the check. I feel like we were badly visited at the beginning of the evening and frustrated that we were not able to get our meal order with our appetizer as it would have saved some time between the starter and the main course. In addition, we felt rushed with the waiter to ask if we wanted to leave the dessert halfway through our meal and check."
