"We used them for the first time last week because they had the best vegan option for a workshop participant--and I'm only sad that I haven't been using them for years and years. The sandwiches--a big range of them--were all terrific and the cookies were divine. Everyone noted how good the sandwiches were and actually thanked us for feeding them (first time ever). The customer service was great--I wanted a last-minute change, for the food to come a half-hour earlier and they were on it. The delivery was perfect. Thank you!"

"The delivery guy was rude....Earlier in the day someone stole a delivery package from my home. Therefore, I wanted to be extra cautious of who was ringing my bell, even though I knew my order was on its way.....He kept saying delivery, and I said where from, three times., He then proceeded to say, Delivery? Or No Delivery?....Finally he said, Casa Calamari They only gave me one meatball. However the Meatball and Raviolis were very good. The Chocolate Cake was very tasty as well."

"the food was cold and overcooked. the service was slow. my son told the waitress at the beginning of his meal that he had a heavy nut allergy, but he served a desert that had poured in it. fortunately he asked the waitress before he took one bit. she went into the kitchen to ask the cook in question and came back to say that the dish actually contained nuts. I know that the restaurant was crowded in this holiday, but for $105 per person I expected a better experience."

"The Ceasar salad was average and portion side small. No bread is given. Main course had large portions and everything tasted great. No one ate the vegetables, would recommend green bean casserole next year as a replacement. They also had poor planning since this was a small menu by running out of the pumpkin martini and pumpkin cheese cake pie. The atmosphere and main course was what my party liked the best on this thanksgiving meal."

"We were seated in tables surrounding the bar. The servers were pleasant, but it seemed as if we were forgotten about a number of times. It took close to an hour for our meal to arrive, we were only offered refills on our drinks once, and it took close to minutes to cash out. Total time at the restaurant was about hour minutes. Kind of a long time for pierogies, codwich, and kids pasta. We’ll eventually go back to the Rusty Bucket as we’ve had many positive experiences in the past. This time just wasn’t the best...especially on a fatherdaughter date night"

"It had been a while, so the menu has changed a bit. Many of the items we've enjoyed in the past are gone, but there are new items to try.I had to try the new Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich. The amount of heat on this is just about perfect, which can't be said about sandwiches at other places. The coleslaw helps to tame the heat and gives a nice flavor to the sandwich. I had the roasted vegetables as my side and they were very good. The only negative is the price, which is a bit high for a chicken sandwich, but in line with their other menu items. The side of vegetables was also quite small, and I would have gladly had at least a double portion.The restaurant was not very busy, so we were able to be seated right away. Service was friendly and well within expected levels. I see no reason not to recommend Claim Jumper."

"I’m giving 5 stars bc their food whether breakfast, lunch or dinner is always amazing! Nothing I don’t love here except… I just tasted the worst meatloaf of my life. They took ground beef loaded w taco seasoning, threw it in the oven, and smothered it w mushrooms n gravy. Now someone that grew up making that by hand w grandma the European way I am flabbergasted. I’m not shaming the restaurant bc I love everything eise they make but they need to take that off their menu. ??‍??‍??‍ I’m traumatized n sad bc anyone that’s never had it before if they eat that they’ll be traumatized bc it tastes so bad and never want to try it again.I love y’all’s food so so so so much but please do better meatloaf or delete it from your menu."
