"As I placed my order with Angie at the drive-thru, I took my time, repeating it to ensure she understood. Unfortunately, she seemed unclear about what I wanted and appeared a bit flustered. Despite my calm approach, I felt the need to point out that her tone came off as rude. I found myself at the window anticipating my meal, but she didn’t make an effort to apologize for the mix-up. To top it off, she didn’t have my complete order.
A friend of mine commented that this generation seems indifferent to customer service, and I shared my belief that we must teach people how to treat us, regardless of whether they choose to learn. I browsed through reviews of this restaurant and was surprised by their less than favorable ratings. Yes, the world can be a bit twisted at times, but I still hold onto the belief that kindness is far from outdated."
