Burn my bread and did not give me the utensils for my pages (e.g. at work) .. It would have taken less than 1 minute and $0.10 to replace my burned bread and would have avoided a negative review by an unsatisfied customer.

Jacky took my order, processed my payment, and delivered my meal. She was friendly, courteous, and performed her duties exceptionally well.
