"We did a takeout order on October 31st and it turned out to be the worst experience ever. I ordered a Frisco burger and for some reason the website would only let me order fruit as the side dish. In the notes I asked for French fries instead of fruit and my burger well done. When we picked up our food I asked if they included the French fries and the gentleman who later said he was the manager said that he was confused about the fries but would make me an order. When I got home and checked my bag the Frisco burger was with chicken. I decided that I would just eat the sandwich and more on. I bit into the sandwich and it was tougher than any chicken sandwich I've ever had and I realized it wasn't cooked thoroughly. I immediately called the restaurant and I talked to the same guy who acknowledged that he was the manager, I told him about the issue and he said that my order confused him. I questioned why no one called me to ask if I wanted the burger since I noted that I wanted it well done, we could have cleared up any confusion before I arrived. I told him that I would bring it back on the next day and I wanted a refund. He agreed.When I arrived the next day, he didn't want to see the raw chicken sandwich, he never apologized for the food or the $5 a gallon gas I spent to bring it back, he wanted me out of the restaurant as quickly as possible.I emailed the corporate office the next day and as of right now I've heard nothing."

"this is a very comfortable, welcoming place, the parking is kind of tight, but there is a lot of parking next door. the personal was great that we celebrated our jubilee celebration, the drinks came fast and the brot was great while we waited after our order. eating is great every time I have ordered here, I love the two to eat, for me I can order that you eat there and save the other one for the next day (working big.) I wish the salatable was available, hopefully soon! our experience in this time was so good I asked to speak with the manager and told how satisfied we were with eating and friendly / friendly service. I hope they don't join as in ontario, ca."

"The wait staff is like family, always glad to see us and then delivering their usual attentive and outstanding service! My little group enjoys Spencer and the rest of the wait staff just as much as we love the delicious food! Today's dining experience was the first in a long time and we had a wonderful time with Spencer as our waiter. He made us feel like we'd never been away and just added so much to our dining experience! We will return very soon!"

"Marie Callender 's in Visalia is GODAWFUL. We ordered a Ham Christmas Dinner in a Box from them. SUPPOSED to be ready at 9 am Today Friday Dec 22 2023. We were delayed getting there for multiple reasons chief among them incompetence at other vendors. We arrived at 11:00 am. Order should have been ready TWO HOURS EARLIER. My wife STOOD there for a FULL half hour waiting for someone ANYONE to Put the order in a Box. We had Paid $222+ IN ADVANCE for this. And they didn 't have the COMPETENCE to assemble a simple box with maybe 10 Pre Packaged items. Meanwhile myself and our Dog were Waiting waiting waiting waiting in the car in the Parking lot. After a half hour I called their Phone Number and after 20 rings gave up. No answer. There was no Line to wait in and the parking lot was FAR from crowded. Some employees kept coming out the back door walking to a sea train behind the restaurant and I Finally Asked what the issue was and why they wouldn 't even answer the TELEPHONE. All I got was OH they 're REALLY busy in there! My wife worked hospitality for years. She KNOWS busy when she sees it. They were NOT. We will NEVER cast a shadow upon that place again. EVER. Hell we 'll cook our OWN holiday meals moving forward. It a LOT cheaper and without the FRUSTRATION. Oh yeah and $22 for a Key Lime Pie??? What 's it got? GOLD in it? Bob and Lily Powell. "I ordered a pie for pick up and the lady at the counter was very rude and not pleasant. I have never ordered a pie for pickup before, only eaten there, and my pie was cold. I thought it would be warm which is fine but there was no heating up instructions. I wasn't sure if I should place in oven or microwave to heat up."

"The Pies are really good 4 stars. The dining food is the 3 star. The service is nice. Currently I'm not sure if they dining in. I think they have a lack employment due to COVID government.12-25-23: service is excellent. The pies are excellent as well. No Xmas dinners. Glad they are still here. ."
