"We did a takeout order on October 31st and it turned out to be the worst experience ever. I ordered a Frisco burger and for some reason the website would only let me order fruit as the side dish. In the notes I asked for French fries instead of fruit and my burger well done. When we picked up our food I asked if they included the French fries and the gentleman who later said he was the manager said that he was confused about the fries but would make me an order. Wow ...people do order early!! I thought I should try to get my order in early but I had no idea that it would be so I tense. Anyway, fast service and I hope the pickup will be as easy!... ADD ON. Pick up order was a BUST, when I ordered the 3 pies for Thanksgiving I specifically inquired as to the whip cream topping, I was ASSURED the pumpkin would have whipped cream, however I was told I could BUY such and put it on myself when I came to pick up my order!!
