"From the moment I walked into the restaurant we were greeted as though we were regulars. The bartender was most gracious in making a recommendation for a fun Friday night libation prior to dinner; it was a Lemon Drop and it was outstanding. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and quite accommodating when I requested an appetizer that was not on the menu. The Seared Ahi Tuna appetizer was delicious and quite a generous portion. The Lamb Shank was so tender that the meat fell off the bone. Did not indulge in the homemade desserts but I did enjoy a fabulous Irish Coffee. The Vineyard is a “do-over” on my list of fine dining establishments in the Fresno area."
